Order Notes

1.Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP UK STERLING.

Bank Transfers. Please contact our sales office for full bank details in respect of off-line orders and transfers. Please do not make any transfer unless you have placed an off-line order and can confirm the website order reference.

2. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

3. We accept all major credit cards.

4. We always carry out address checks.
All attempted fraudulent transactions will be reported to the authorities including the police fraud squad in your area.

Your IP address & e-mail address can now be tracked back to an individual computer (even hotmail or yahoo) & this will be passed on to the police if a fraud is attempted.

No orders will be processed without a valid e-mail address.

5. The customer e-mail you will receive after placing your order is for CONFIRMATION of your orderONLY.

Acceptance of Your order WILL NOT be accepted until payment has been processed, and your goods dispatched.
